The flat is located at the first floor of a detached house with 3 flats where lives the owner too. The house is just under the Cesane Mountains in a small village  a few km from Urbino and Fossombrone city centre. The flat reserved for the guests is totally independent at the first floor. The position is ideal to discover the nature and culture if the area . Only at 8 km there is the old Court of Urbino, famous for its beautiful Ducal Palace with the 2 towers. Also close is the ceramic town of Urbania and Fossombrone, lands of Montefeltro and Malatesta families, surrounded by the mountains of Cesane, Catria e Nerone, natural gorges as the one of Furlo. The freeway connects the village to the morotway, to centre of Fano and to the sea just in 20 minutes.

The flat is over 1 floor with kitchen with table for 3 people, fridge and gas to cook, TV, equipped with all the kitchen staff.
The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
The large bedroom has 1 double bed that can be converted ito 2 single bed, plus a third single bed.
The kitchen has access to the balcony with a small garden table.

The flat is equipped with bed-kitchen-bath linen.

It is possible to book the breakfast based on local charcuterie and cheese, home made family cake and beverage, served in the garden, euro 5.00 per person.
