Large villa located near the town, only 7 km from Urbino, on beautiful position with view on the historical city centre. The villa is in the green of a large park, all fenced, with the possibility to use and outland pool, if required.

The villa is over two floors with, with at the groundfloor, kitchen, large livingroom, double bedroom, bathroom. At the first floor there is a master bedroom with the third bed and the ensuite bathroom, two double bedrooms and one double bedroom with the third bed, sharing a bathroom.

It can confortably host from 10 people up to 12.

The kitchen features includes electric cooker, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge and a dining table.

Outside there is a large park, parking area, garage with internal connction with the villa.
