Old recently restored farmhouse located in the countryside of Urbino on beautiful position with breathtaking view. The villa is in the green countryside of Marche, beetween the historical cities of Urbino, Urbania, Sassocorvaro e San Leo, and is a good base for excursions to discover the treasures and panoramic views of the Montefeltro.  

The villa is over on two floors with, at the groundfloor, entrance, kitchen, livingroom, study with small library, a single room with ensuite bathroom and laundry room with dryer, washingmachine and freezer. At the first floor there is a livingroom with fireplace, three double bedrooms  - one with the third bed if necessary - with ensuite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with outside bathroom located in front of the bedroom door and equipped with old style bath.

It can confortably host from 10 people up to 12.

The built-in kitchen features includes electric cooker, dishwasher, gas hob, two fridges and a dining table that seats 12 people.

Outside at guests disposal a sun patio facing the pool with sunbeds  and a patio with dining table that seats 16 people and barbecue.
